HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?
FOR ORDERS NOT ON HAND THERE IS A PROCESSING TIME: 1-4 business days (excluding shipping time). Expect delays during holiday seasons which is beyond our control. You can expect to receive your order 2-5 business days AFTER it has been processed.
MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?
Please contact the carrier in which your package was sent. We are not responsible for packages once the carrier has received it. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, any issues in regards to packages must be taken up with the shipping carrier/customer service.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
No, we do not allow cancellations to orders once placed. If you have already received a tracking number in your email your order can not be canceled.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If the order was not shipped out, you can send us an email of your order number and with the corrections needed to be made. After the order has been shipped out,you must contact the shipping carrier for any changes as we will not be held responsible.

We carry MEDIUM size caps (22-22.5”). With adjustable straps inside.
HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE RECOMMENDED FOR STYLING?
Each bundle weighs around 100g. Mass majority of customers will purchase 3 bundles usually. However, The amount of bundles you need will be based upon the desired look you are trying to achieve. For a more fuller look, we recommend 3 bundles or more typically for bundle lengths 26” and up.
HOW LONG DOES FOREVERBELLE EXTENSIONS LAST?
FOREVERBELLE Extensions can last for more 2 years with proper care/treatment. This means, washing it after each install, softly detangling the hair with a brush, avoiding oil build on on the lace and hair. Very minimal oils are to be used as our extensions does not require excessive product being put in the hair the keep its life Span. We recommend co-washing the hair with non-sulfate shampoos and conditioners.
CAN I COLOR MY EXTENSIONS?
Yes, you can but we highly recommend hiring a professional colourist to achieve the desired look that you want.
